This introduction to composting is easy to read and manages to keep it simple.
We got a plastic compostering bin from our local council, but were not too clear on what we could put in. Checking the internet only confused us more. What one site said was safe; another site would claim was perfecdtly sense. In no-nonsense language Ken Thomson explains these differences of opinions. In the end, you have more than a list of dos and don'ts; you have a basic understanding of the reasons behind those lists.
