He keeps writing them, I keep reading them. Not sure why though, they keep getting worse.

The protagonist is at least usually likeable, but not in this case. Two of the main characters are idiots, indistinguishable from one another, and the third is just there to help with the ending.

This was just an OK book. The character development was very good but the premise of the story was weak and so was the last 1/4 of the book. I'm disappointed in Grisham for letting this book get published in its current "lazy" state.

With that said, I still enjoyed the book and it was an easy read but a 3-star rating is all I can offer.
