Interesting Read for those Interested in General Heatlh and especially Keto

4 stars

So I've read this information several times before in more recently published books, but I was a bit surprised to find the same information published in a book quite a while before the keto craze came around. There are a lot of good concepts in here and the medical concepts are explained well. Good read for those who want to learn more about the LCHF (low carb high fat) diet or more extreme, keto diet, learn about cholesterol and how it works, learn about fiber, and learn about what more and more scientists are starting to come around to, that the food program in many western countries, especially the US, is incorrect and based on bad data.
