Interesting but dense book for the professional. Does not lend itself to the Audiobook format as well as other, less technical non-fiction books. I have enjoyed the first part (and learned a lot from the presentation of the existing research on running, training and fatigue) and skipped some chapters in the second part (as I'm not a running coach nor training at those levels myself).
