My grandson (7+) and I just finished this 're-aloud' chapter book. He says this volume in the series is a bit better than the first Borrowers book. He especially enjoyed the finale of this novel and how it left him 'wanting' more. As a result, this afternoon we'll begin The Borrowers Afloat.
