California e-bike incentive program opening on December 16th at 6pm PT. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Must meet income requirements, but provides up to $2000 for an e-bike! Please spread the word to folks who would qualify! Especially useful for those starting out on their first job, students living on their own, low income but need better transportation options, currently out of work, etc.

For a household size of one, max income is $45,180

Metro gave Culver City half a million dollars for bike lanes - then the city ripped them out again. Metro wants its money back.

"In April 2023, the council voted to remove the project's protected bike lanes, having cyclists instead share lanes with buses...staff noted that the grant funding agreement specifies if that funded facilities cease to be used for the original purpose specified, then funding must be returned."
