good morning (ish)
I'm gonna try resurrecting my #LifeStuff hashtag. for newer followers, I use it as an attempt to give myself accountability to get things done, and it usually involves a checklist of things I want to get done, like:
- eat breakfast
✓ have therapy
✓ Blanket Time™ with Midna
- get dressed
- don't forget I'm getting cannabis delivered
- go to The People's Coffee for a couple hours before work to work on #writing stuff/character sketches for an #RPG I'm running this weekend (#Monsterhearts by Avery Alder)
I read once that you should include things you've already done in to-do lists for a dopamine hit ... I don't know how well it works, but I like doing it, so 🤷🏻
anyway, therapy was good, Blanket Time™ was had, so I guess I should put on clothes and eat some cereal while …
