Gail Honeyman: Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine (2017)

Humanity is in Small, Kind Acts

When I first started reading the book, I honestly felt disturbed by Eleanor's thoughts and POV. And I guess I was surprised as I was not expecting such a different point of view, one of someone who clearly has a mental illness but the way everything comes together and how Eleanor discovers herself again and the world around her was beautiful. It was cathartic and tender. Highly recommend this read.
