@Belghast Curious; does that 'favourite in series so far' comment include reference to the original trilogy, or specifically the ones after?

I have (so far), been content with calling Mistborn done with the original trilogy, but that decision originally came back when there was only the one book set after the time skip.

Now that it's still ongoing, have been considering jumping back in.

@Naithin @Belghast@bookwyrm.social I personally have enjoyed the second series way more than the first. Much lighter read. Much more humorous. The first series was great but got bogged down in inner monologue.

@belghast @Belghast@bookwyrm.social Interesting, thanks! It has been a while since I read the original trilogy, but I do recall it faltering a bit after a strong start with the first book.

I'll add this back onto my to-read list then. :)
