Sam Heughan, Graham McTavish: Clanlands (2020, Hodder & Stoughton)

Review of 'Clanlands' on 'Goodreads'

Excited to listen to a podcast about the Scottish clans, I ended up disappointed with a book/tv show/merch line about how great it is to be Sam & Graham. That's on me, though, for not managing my own expectations. To be fair there are several mentions of the clans scattered throughout the book, & Sam & Graham are charismatic fellows. (Still not going to purchase any of the lovingly described products repeatedly mentioned!) Light, occasionally funny, entirely inoffensive.

Edit: Actually that whole "Lady McTavish" thing got fairly offensive. Imagine a lad enjoying coffee, what a GIRL. eyeroll
