Stopped paying attention half way through the story... Maybe by book 10 he finally leaves the mine? Ok ok I admit, the concept of spending the whole book in one spot can be appealing, but to me it was not appealing here. Also how is the first hour of the book connected to the next 7 hours?

This book seems to be more targeted for american helicopter parents, but good tidbits of information for everyone. I disagree that shame is only bad though, I'm sure it has also good sides. But as for everything, too much shame is toxic.
