Changed by whole look on life. Tyding up gives you space to look at other issues in your life.
I haven't figured out to stack my clothes standing up, but the rest of the advice is good. I have on book shelf shrine and another one planned.
The main advice is look through each article at time - clothes, books, papers, miscellany, mementos - ask does this give me joy?
If no - then throw out. Surround yourself by only the things you love.
