Full of platitudes, quotes, and memories. It was both vaguely interesting and annoyingly light. It clocked in at 6 hours, though, so I shouldn't have been surprised. There's a small section on practical advice for lobbying the government for change, which was jolting but probably makes sense. I rate it "meh".
