What a beautiful book! It really touched my heart. This scientist who is raising a very special boy, alone, after having lost his wife. The novel treatment to allow the boy to be a bit more settled and calm, whilst being so passionate about wildlife and conservation. I thought the topic was so important in this day and age, but furthermore, I really enjoyed the writing. The ending came too soon and too tragically, which further punctuated the message.
