This book has also been published in English (I've read the Dutch version) and is a must read. It does not make you happy though, the focus of a small group of extremely rich people on getting even richer is sad. And the damage to our societies is frightening. The book is written as an argument, giving the counter-arguments for people who say (for example) "the rich have worked hard for their money".
