Perhaps a little too literal a translation in some points. This is a strength on occasion, but what I think sets this version apart is the introduction and commentary by Jacob Needleman. It's worth reading this alongside more poetic translations and said commentary. No book alone is going to teach you what wisdom this one claims to impart anyway. That's kind of the entire point it gets across.
