There is something about Morton's books that I simply can't put down. Perhaps not earth shattering literature, but she is a mighty fine storyteller and I can't wait for more. I like the combination of themes-domestic fiction, romance, historical fiction, fantasy (a little tiny bit), etc. I especially liked the homage to "The Secret Garden." Great, fun, fast summer read.
