The first few chapters of this book required suspension of disbelief and a tolerance for non-stop violent action. I rated this as a 4 not because it is particularly well written but bec the story is engrossing and would be perfect for reluctant readers. It also raises important global issues about war refuges,immigration, the sex trade and racism that are essential topics of discussion and reflection for every educated young person.
