Tim thinks outside of the box and has come up with a reasonably easy way of eating that helps you lose weight and keep it off (I've lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks so far). All while eating a crazy amount of junk food on Saturdays (or whatever day you choose to be cheat day). The book also has information on building muscle, swimming, improving endurance and running times, etc. It's pretty neat.
