This was my second read, and it was wonderful to notice all sorts of foreshadowings and other details that I didn't know to attach significance to the first time around, in addition to all of the other things that Robin Hobb does so well. Still one of my favorite fantasy novels. Looking forward to now reading the sequel a second time; I liked it even more.
