This is the first dystopia I have read with such beautiful prose. The descriptions of experiences and revelations from the protagonists perspective make this worth reading, let alone the striking ideas and the gripping plot. There is a good amount of tension that keeps you moving forward and the antagonist is very interesting—in fact for such a short book it is impressive that so many of the characters are very striking and memorable.

This dystopia is truly original and doing something different from the others. This book accomplishes so much with so few pages—I can’t imagine a reason for not reading it.
