Normally, I am not a big fan of books that focus on self-help because I feel that they mostly try to trick the reader into believing for (too) simple solution to a complicated problem. This one feels different, more real and grounded. Instead of providing a simple one fit all solution, it provides some ground rules that just make sense and to be honest- I think I more or less was following them, but I wasn't able to put them into words.
