Did anyone listen to this book via Audible USA? I've downloaded the book 6 times and seems to be a problem with the continuity of the storyline. The chapters don't like up with chapter posted. (One off due to an introduction, sure) Six hours in, the author's notes are posted.

Is this a fluke or has anyone else had the same trouble?
