I went back and forth as to whether I really liked the main character in this story. Most of the storyline moved pretty quickly which was nice, but I knew what wby going to happen when one of the characters were introduced. I thought the ending had a bit to be desired, but I did like the fact that the author described some of the medical procedures for those of us who may not have such knowledge.
