Mediocre novel at best. There are thought provoking themes in there, but they never really push me to rethink my outlook on the world. A girl jumps off a building and "bam" it's a dystopian world. I would have much preferred if it had been a slow burn. Small changes that it's easy for the characters to ignore until it's too late. File this one under action/adventure rather than speculative fiction.
