I think this is a really good read for someone who is questioning wether or not they are on the spectrum and for those who want to get a better understanding of how autism and masking works. Great introductory work, very understandable language, well researched and accurate with its sources, as i checked most of them.
It also includes excersices and worksheets for the reader.
