It is actually a dictionary. But it only contains a guide to pronouncing the words and vocabulary of English-Romulan. The information is poorly put together, the formatting is atrocious and all in all, it is lovelessly put together by an AI. All information is freely available and usable online. I only keep the book for my collection.
