Impressive lesbian romance novel. Not cheesy and not … explicit. Well defined characters and a compelling storyline. I've read the German translation by Christiane Sipeer, which is excellent (compared to a lot of other translations). Kate Young is a cookbook author and columnist (among others) for the Guardian and obviously had a great team at Random House/Penguin and HarperCollins.
