This is a really good book that shocked me out of my self-image preserving self. I don't like to be vulnerable or to say, "I don't know." There's strength in showing some vulnerability, saying, "I don't know," to be unsure of the outcome and cutting the bravado. I think it's helped to see the world with a bit more empathy.
