Kirby Heyborne, Drew Hayes: The Utterly Uninteresting and Unadventurous Tales of Fred, the Vampire Accountant (AudiobookFormat, 2015, Tantor Audio)

Review of 'The Utterly Uninteresting and Unadventurous Tales of Fred, the Vampire Accountant' on 'Goodreads'

Fred, an Accountant (who also just happens to be a vampire) just wants a quiet life. His idea of a fun night is wine, cheese and cheesy vampire movies. Then one day he decides to go to his High School reunion and he is swept into a series of events that are neither uninteresting nor unadventurous.

I found this novel to be a quick enjoyable read. There was lots of action, and some quiets moments but it flowed well and I didn't feel that the story dragged at any point. The characters we met were interesting and varied and there wasn't too much of any one thing going on. I really enjoyed reading this, and look forward to reading the next book in the series, Undeath and Taxes (Fred, the Vampire Accountant, #2).
