I'm 2/3* of the way through this book, and I still don't quite know what to say about it, especially without giving spoilers. I saw another review call it brutal, and it is, but it's also gripping

*well, more than 2/3 in terms of page numbers, but i just finished part two of three, so 2/3 in terms of story, I guess
