A very good history of the chip industry

I learnt a lot, in particular about Extreme-Ultra-Violet lithography. More generally reading this gives a great overview of just how global the chip industry is. Different firms in very different parts of the world all contribute. It's easy to see how the chip industry is an important player in global geopolitical machinations.
