Alexandra Posadzki: Rogers v. Rogers (Hardcover, 2024, McClelland & Stewart) No rating

A detailed and unsettling view into the acrimonious governance of Rogers, one of Canada’s richest and most powerful companies and families. While the book may have few surprises for those who followed the drama as it played out in 2020 to 2023, Posadzki sets it out in a readable narrative, despite the business and corporate finance content. Finally, the drama obviously continued after the manuscript was finished — I look forward to reading regular updates.
