3.5/5

I liked the B Plot (4-6) more than the A Plot (1-3).

The A Plot attempted to address gentrification but putting it in terms of super villainy takes away a huge part of what makes it so insidious. If gentrification is something that normal (good) people perform only when under the control of "secretly evil" developers, it erases the complicity of a totally willing class of people. My charitable take is that this was an attempt to simplify the concept for a younger audience but went way below what I think teens could handle.

The B Plot was hilarious though and a good way to address a teen superhero's inability to be in three places at once.
