I can't believe that the Civil Rights Movement wasn't part of our curriculum... 10 years of English classes and we had like 2 lessons on Rosa Parks and MLK.. We rather spent our time writing sheer endless essays on the pros and cons of school uniforms. It's true what they say about schools and education in Germany. It's basically rubbish.

John Lewis and all the other peaceful protesters were and are role models to each and everyone of us. Seeing injustice and fighting for a better world while remaining non-violent.
