Slow progress story, it offers a different rare experience through multiple perspectives. The last two parts take a sharp turn into a fast-paced thriller. Though the story touches on some political aspects regarding the police and social justice, it doesn't overshadow the compelling storyline. Even if you don't share the author's opinions, I'm pretty sure you'd read till the very last page.

This is the first book by Tess I've read. A few years ago, I was quite the bookworm, but during the pandemic, I found it hard to concentrate on reading, caught up instead with the internet and movies. I stumbled across this book in the library by chance and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The writing style keeps you hooked and eager for the next chapter, much like James Patterson. Thank you, Tess, for reigniting my love for reading, this was an amazing experience. I’m now determined to read the entire Rizzoli series! If you’re struggling to focus, I highly recommend diving into these books.
