I have to say, I wasn't sold by the end of this book. The characters aren't very memorable, dialogue is all right, and there are a lot of plot holes. There are several scenarios that I just couldn't fully believe. A lot of little conveniences that kept the story moving. The world building is minimal, but what I've seen, I like.

But, it's a quick read, and the cliffhanger into book 2 was pretty good.
