Previously I’d been sure I’d already read this but once I read it this time I was sure I hadn’t. I remembered the Spoon-Sized boys and other things from somewhere, maybe extracts. And the timetraveller whistling ‘Yesterday’ is the bit everyone knows about this novel even if they haven’t read it.
