This book was a very enjoyable read. I liked all the characters and appreciated that even the nasty one had depth to her personality. JL Lycette, the author, is a working physician and her experience helps to show what it can be like for health care workers caught up in corporate, profit-driven hospitals. The AI aspects of the story ramp up the tension with their impression of infallibility covering the human biases built into them. My favorite character is the intern Jacie.
