It seems that I'm in the age were I read self-help books and this one was amazing. I saw myself in so many stories and chapters. The toolkit is a really nice idea and the suggestions seem very tangible and easy to integrate. The language was clear but not overly scientific and not overly esoteric. 5/5 great book that inspires reflection (at least)!
