This book started a bit slowly but picked up the pace toward the end. It's a clever biography imitation and beautifully written.
The story is surprisingly full of life, seeing that it's about a shipwrecked lonely person in the middle of the Pacific ocean. I don't think I have much in common with Pi except that we're both vegetarians, but he is an interesting character with many interesting thoughts, although I disagreed with many of them.
