I'm reading two manga series about art school-- this one and "Blue Period." I've become more and more fond of Blank Canvas because of the author's honesty as she looks back on her early career, from high school through college to first steps in the industry. She admits she under-appreciated her teacher's efforts, goofed off all through college, and generally acted young-- there's compassion and exasperation mixed in with the story. One more volume to go and I suspect it's going to hit me in the feels...
