But right now you've got to move forward with your mind on who you'll be, not who you are.

"Man in the Empty Suit" started off with a bang. The first half of the book I was giving this five stars in my head. I loved the multiples appearing in the hotel, keeping track of who was on which timeline; it was fantastic. I was seeing everything play out in my head and while reading about time travel and paradoxes is a little more tricky than watching it Sean Ferrell did a nice job of introducing new characters and ensuring you had enough information before going on to the next level.

The book diverted from this story and my momentum and enthusiasm slowly trickled away. I was afraid the book was going to to go in an unappealing direction but as I got closer to the end we returned to the story I enjoyed and were back on track. I may not be able to tell someone how the book unfolded or who did what to which version on the timeline but it was a really fun read and I liked how paradoxes were put out there and written in a way that didn't make it too confusing who was where at which point.

"Man in the Empty Suit" is a time travelling murder mystery where all of the suspects are you. A fun read and an overall satisfying read.
