A great book for the study of what Buddhism entails generally. It's a good jumping-off point, but does ignore a lot of the folk religion aspects and, frankly, religious aspects in general. Still a great book though!

Loved the Canterbury Tales-esque take on the Buddhist Eightfold Path. Dug the art style, too. My only complaint is the ending story - was that supposed to be the frame narrative's end? It didn't really land for me, felt a bit brisk and out-of-nowhere if so.
