An alien princess has to live their life as a teenage boy on Earth in order to hide from her people’s enemies. But with the help of a new friend Katherine, she realises she doesn’t want to hide in a body that isn’t hers any longer.
The art is beautiful and there were so many spots that really made me cry hard. In particular when Katherine helps her dress up for a party in her true body: “I can’t do this. I can’t be this. It’s wrong, I know it’s wrong because… because… because it feels too... It feels wrong and right and beautiful and awful and I love how I look and everyone is going to laugh at me and I can’t handle it. I can’t. I’m not strong enough. I can’t breathe. I can’t look like this. I don’t deserve it.”
