The most useful aspect of this book that is not shared in Ryder Carroll's Bullet Journalling book is the layout designs, stationary tips and some of the FAQs around how to maintain your BuJo habit.

A fairly interesting and philosophical book with some helpful suggestions on good practices for cutting down your consumption of attention-sucking services. Already feels a little dated given that Facebook is less popular and certainly less used now than when this was written. I'll certainly take something away from this book.
