This book took me a while to get into. But about half way through I was determined to finish it. The characters, and plot came off as a bit like something I'd watch on television. But it became better into the next half. I would say when they were fighting the Angel of Troy it developed way better than I expected and leaned into the characters development more.

Okay, the book is getting better. It's less of a slog and now I'm interested that the characters have reached their destination and there is still more book left.
