I read this out of admiration for Bill Nye, but didn't expect much more than another science book arguing for facts I'd already accepted. I got more than I expected, however; new metaphors for ways of thinking about evolution, ideas about prospective 'alien' evolution, and future evolution (especially human evolution and the ethics of applying our ability to influence genetic codes.)

I love Bill Nye's style and humor. Very approachable book.
