Concise, clear, easy to follow and interesting. A few too many self-promotional plugs (that TV show I was on, that celebrity I was talking to, that book I inspired) and over-emphasis on scholarly authority (which may be important for getting an idea accepted but which has no bearing on whether or not an idea is correct.)

Still, highly recommended.
