Interesting, but I remain skeptical. Much of what he experiences sounds like a combination of meditation during action and muscle memory. I'm still curious about zen, though, so I'll read further works on the subject.
Informative, to the point, short. It’s a little sad how many sites I am stuck using regularly violate his principles and cause friction as a result. A good intro to usability for newbs to it like me.
It's possible I just read this too late, after already reaching much of Leo's material online, but there was nothing new or interesting covered here. I don't think this is necessarily the book's fault, but there were some elements to its tone that irked me a bit as well, so I'm going to stick with this rating at this time. I may well read more of the author's later books, as I realize this one is pretty old now.
